Development of an implementation strategy for artificial intelligence
Objective
After the workshop, you will have developed concrete ideas for the application of AI in your company and formulated them as a vision. You will have prioritized several potential AI use cases for your individual challenges and developed an AI implementation strategy for an exemplary AI use case. Thanks to the jointly developed roadmap, you will be able to take the next steps towards developing your own AI implementation in your company.
Content of the workshop
This workshop is divided into two consecutive phases.
Phase 1 (online): Selection of potential AI use cases
In the first phase, we jointly evaluate the importance of individual selection criteria to be considered when using AI in a preliminary discussion (online). Based on these criteria, we will present you with several AI use cases that are potentially suitable for you before we jointly select an exemplary AI use case for your specific objective and area of application. This AI use case with the greatest potential for your company is the starting point for the second phase.
Phase 2 (in presence): Concretization of the AI use case and derivation of an implementation strategy
In the second phase, the AI use case with the greatest potential for your individual requirements is jointly specified. The use case is first described with the help of a canvas, which then serves as a common target image for your AI use case and helps to identify the necessary prerequisites, e.g. the use of AI. in terms of data availability, responsibilities, algorithms or investments, and to assess the potential, opportunities and risks of the selected AI use case. The canvas is then converted into an individual roadmap that you can use to implement the selected AI use case in your processes and systems. Technological, organizational and also human requirements for the necessary change process are taken into account.
Target group
The first phase of the workshop is primarily aimed at the management or decision-makers in your company (e.g. production management, quality management, sales management). For the successful introduction of an AI application, we recommend involving IT in the planning at an early stage to ensure subsequent feasibility (e.g. IT and AI experts).
Phase 2 - Concretization of AI use case and derivation of an implementation strategy:
In the second phase, the persons responsible for the subsequent area of application should participate (management of the area of application selected in the first phase). In addition, the people who will later have to work with the use case, implement it technologically and evaluate its success should also take part. This includes both process owners of the selected application area and IT managers for the technical implementation, as well as employees (end users) of the selected application area, in order to increase acceptance for the use of a new AI application.
