AI in action
Artificial intelligence (AI) has already found its way into our working world. This influence will become even stronger in the future. This also changes learning content or the way we learn. But what does this change look like in concrete terms? KARL brings AI to life in various real laboratories and with the help of demonstrators, illustrating precisely how work and learning are changing with and through AI.
KARL will develop AI concepts and methods in eight pilot application scenarios and evaluate their impact on the organizational processes and working conditions of employees. A selection of the developed, tested and validated pilots will then be transferred to existing demonstration environments of the research partners and companies. The wealth of experience gained from the pilot applications is passed on to interested companies, organizations and the public in the form of success stories.
